We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Options Within 30 Days

1. Unused & Unopened Items

  • Free return
  • Full refund to original payment method

2. Opened but Unused Items

  • Subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Item must pass inspection upon return

3. Used Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to hygiene and safety standards for baby products:

  • Items that have been used (including water exposure or skin contact) are not eligible for a standard refund
  • We may offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • Alternative resolution at our discretion
  • A $9.95 return shipping fee may apply

Returns After 30 Days

  • Eligible for store credit only
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply

Returns must be approved before shipping. Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending your item

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care items once used
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank
